The National Weather Service office in Las Vegas has issued a Flood Watch through midnight tonight — residents should avoid washes and low-lying areas during heavy rain.

Community Events
The Kingman Library at 3269 N. Burbank St. is hosting a free Family Night tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is part of the America 250 celebration, marking the country’s semiquincentennial. Doors open to the public at 6 p.m.
