ADOT says a new 239-foot tunnel is now open on the I-40/US 93 West Kingman interchange project, carrying northbound Beale Street traffic toward US 93. The $106 million job is about 80 percent complete, with daytime and nighttime work and lane restrictions still expected while crews pave new ramps and prepare October flyover girder work. Beale Street exits from I-40 and US 93 remain open for downtown and Route 66 access.

Mohave County posted that Board of Supervisors members may attend the Mohave County Airport Authority Board meeting Wednesday, September 9, at 9:00 a.m. at the Bullhead City School District Board Room, 1004 Hancock Road. No legal action will be discussed or taken at that attendance.
