Recent Arrest Highlights
Fentanyl Plea Agreement: Arthur Kerns, a 70-year-old local man, entered a guilty plea on April 10 following his arrest for fentanyl possession. His charges were reduced to attempted possession for sale during his hearing at the Mohave County Law and Justice Center.
Methamphetamine Conviction: Karen Davis, 65, admitted to selling methamphetamine to sustain her personal habit. She pleaded guilty on April 6 to a reduced charge of attempted possession of dangerous drugs for sale.
Homicide Suspect Apprehension: A 30-minute closure of U.S. 93 in Kingman occurred on April 6 as authorities successfully intercepted and arrested a suspect wanted for a homicide in Las Vegas.
Major Interstate Drug Seizure: Arizona State Troopers executed a significant bust on I-40 after stopping a minivan carrying approximately 447 pounds of cocaine. The estimated street value of the haul is over $12 million.
