Commuters should prepare for shifting traffic patterns on Stockton Hill Road as utility crews finalize work near the Riata Valley Road intersection. Temporary lane restrictions are expected to remain in place through the early afternoon today. Additionally, major signal upgrades are scheduled to begin this coming Monday at the busy junction of Stockton Hill Road and Andy Devine Avenue, which may cause significant delays early next week.
