Kingman Motorcycle Rider Arrested After Road Rage Chase Leads to Serious Crash

Kingman Motorcycle Rider Arrested After Road Rage
A local man faces multiple felony charges following a road rage incident that ended with a motorcycle crash and a passenger being critically injured on Saturday afternoon.

According to the Kingman Police Department, officers responded to the area of Khan Avenue and Western Drive around 1:05 p.m. on June 27, 2026, after reports of a motorcycle crash involving a fleeing white passenger vehicle.

Investigators determined that 32-year-old Jeffrey Lancaster of Kingman was riding the motorcycle and had become involved in a heated road rage situation. Police say Lancaster was aggressively pursuing two juveniles driving a white Ford. As the Ford turned left onto Memorial Drive, Lancaster applied heavy braking, causing the motorcycle to slide onto its left side. The bike then caught on the asphalt, flipped upright, and ejected the female passenger.

There was no physical contact between the motorcycle and the Ford. The passenger vehicle continued away from the scene.

The female passenger, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered critical injuries. She was initially transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center before being airlifted or transferred to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas for further treatment. Lancaster, also without a helmet, sustained injuries but was treated and later booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.

He has been charged with reckless driving, endangerment, and aggravated assault.

Authorities noted that Lancaster’s speed and aggressive maneuvering were the primary factors in the loss of control. The incident remains under investigation, and police have not released additional details about the juveniles in the Ford or whether they have been located.

This case serves as a reminder of the dangers of road rage, particularly for motorcyclists and their passengers who choose not to wear helmets.

Anyone with information about the white Ford or the incident is encouraged to contact the Kingman Police Department.
