Flying Fortress Exit
ADOT says the Flying Fortress Parkway interchange at I-40 Exit 56 opens Monday, Oct. 5. Signs are already up for the $44 million project. Two lanes each way with bike lanes and sidewalks. The city plans a ribbon-cutting and a WWII Flying Fortress flyover. Time and place still TBD. Expect less backup at Andy Devine once that exit is open.
