Local Support for Families of Fallen Rescuers
The Mohave County Fairgrounds (2600 Fairgrounds Blvd) served as the heart of the community today, hosting a massive fundraising BBQ from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The event, organized by the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police and the State Troopers Association, honored Trooper-Paramedic Hunter Bennett and Pilot Robert Skankey, who recently lost their lives in a helicopter accident.
Attendees participated in raffles, music, and a rodeo barrel race, with all proceeds directly assisting the families of the fallen heroes.

The City of Kingman issued a final reminder today that essential pavement preservation is set to begin tomorrow, Monday, February 23. Maintenance crews will be performing crack sealing on several key local routes, including Washington, Adams, Monroe, and Jackson Streets.
